QA/QC Introduction

As a manufactory, we do quality control from sampling stage to final finished goods. At the sampling stage, our sampling department will take the responsibility to produce the sample according to our client's special design/idea. Make sure all the detailed is carried out.

Our QC guys make inspection during mass production. All of them have inspection forms which list all the checking points. To avoid any potential production problem to occur, they monitor the process of producing, include grinding, punching, packing etc. Also they inspect goods at random. All defected goods will be picked up and the data be recorded for future research. The goods will not be deliveried to clients until production manager check all inspection forms and approve. The purpose in doing so is to assure that we provide our clients with quality service and products.
